Ed On Call, Ed On Site
Part of providing your guests with excellent service
is resolving issues as quickly as possible. That is
why when Ed receives a call he is out to the property
within a few hours.
Ed can also inventory and photograph a home's components so that if operational problems do occur, he can often resolve them via phone by consulting his database and telling the guest, "Push the 3rd button from the left." This can save the owner the cost of an on site visit.
Purchase Equipment from Ed
Owners often come to town and head to Best Buy to purchase an item on sale only to find later that the equipment isn’t compatible with their system and has resulted in a confusing array of remotes. The money they thought they saved is lost with one service call when the tenant cannot operate the system.

System Maintenance
To help extend the life of your electronics and prevent problems from occurring, Ed can break down the system, open each component, remove all of the dust and clean the contacts. Using proper cables, he can reconnect the system in a way that is most direct and easy to operate.
Instructions

Have Ed Check Up After Guests Check Out
Guests have been known to change passwords to the wireless network, disconnect DVD players in order to connect Playstations, and depart without restoring the system to its original condition.
